Bukit Batok MRT Station (NS2) is an above-ground station along the North South Line (NSL). It is located at Bukit Batok Central, near the junction of Bukit Batok Central and Bukit Batok Avenue 1.

The station was opened in March 1990 as part of the Branch Line between Jurong East and Choa Chu Kang, and was incorporated into the extended North South Line on 10 February 1996. It serves the town centre area, with the nearby West Mall shopping centre, community amenities as well as housing developments. Bus services are offered from the Bukit Batok Bus Interchange connecting to other parts of the estate.

Bukit Batok station has two elevated North South Line platforms in an island platform arrangement.

Concourse

The station has a ticket concourse located at ground level. They feature faregates for automatic fare collection and provides access between paid and unpaid areas of the station, with at least one bidirectional wide-swinging gate for the benefit of passengers-in-wheelchairs and those carrying bulky items or travelling with prams.

Exits

Bukit Batok MRT station has three exits (A, B & C) at ground level (L1), of which Exit A does not offer barrier-free accessibility.
Passengers heading to Bukit Batok Bus Interchange can use Exit A, B or C to reach the interchange.
Exit D is located at Level B1, which is ground level with the junction of Bukit Batok Central and Bukit Batok Avenue 1.

In the event of a MRT service disruption affecting Bukit Batok station, MRT Bridging Buses may be activated to ply affected stretches of the North South Line. In which case, the buses can be boarded from the following bus stops:

Construction

Bukit Batok, Bukit Gombak and Choa Chu Kang stations and associated train viaducts and tunnels were built as part of Contract 405.
