The Bukit Gombak HillV2 Shuttle Service is a free shuttle bus service serving residents in Bukit Gombak, Pavillion Circle and Hume to the HillV2 Shopping Centre.

The Bukit Gombak HillV2 shuttle service was launched by Ms Low Yen Ling, Member of Parliament for the Choa Chu Kang GRC on 01 Jan 2015.
Residents living in the Bukit Gombak area submitted feedback to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) about the lack of bus services serving the area, prompting LTA to introduce new bus service(s) to serve the area more. However, LTA rejected the proposal due to undisclosed reasons.
With the collaboration of the Bukit Gombak Grassroots Organisation and Far East Organisation (which then recently opened a new shopping mall named HillV2 along Hillview Ave), the shuttle service was launched with a win-win situation for both parties, as Bukit Gombak & Hillview residents would now have a direct (shuttle) bus service from Bukit Gombak MRT station to their home as well as the new shopping mall.
To prevent the shuttle service from being used as a residential feeder route rather than a shopping mall connecting route, return trips from HillV2 shopping centre would not pick passengers towards Bukit Gombak MRT on the intermediate stops.
A higher capacity bus would be deployed subject to demand for this shuttle service.

Notes:
- An additional trip starts from Pavillion Circle at 10:00.
- The last trip from HillV2 at 21:10 terminates at Pavillion Circle.

I suggest if SMRT 973 extends to loop Bukit Gombak MRT via Hillview Avenue, Hume Avenue (Towards Bukit Panjang only), Bukit Batok East Avenue 2, 5, Bukit Batok Streets 52, 51, 31, loop at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 at Bukit Gombak MRT and go the same way from the start of the route.
973 should extend to loop at Bukit Gombak MRT for a connective route for residents from Hillview to Bukit Gombak instead of taking the Hillv2 shuttle
