Service 32 is a trunk route spanning from East to West, supplementing various residential areas of the island. From Bedok, the route passes through Frankel Avenue, East Coast, Tanjong Katong, Old Airport, Kallang, Bugis and River Valley, continuing west to Redhill, Margaret Drive and Holland Village. Serving low-density private housing estates, it is a supplementary route between its many areas of service.
As one of two routes serving the full stretch of Frankel Avenue, this service is a helpful connection towards nearby MRT stations and the City. Also, it serves the full stretch of River Valley Road with the East, where bus connections there are limited since most East-West routes pass through the CBD, Chinatown or Orchard Road.

i agree with WLTransit youtube service 32 could extend to Beauty WOrld ITH and integrate with 970, the problem with 970 it is needed for Bukit Panjang, Hillview residents to get to Bukit Timah & Commonwealth Areas
Service 970 could merge in with service 61 from Autobacs Bt Batok to Commonwealth Station
Service 61, might be shorten to Buona Vista Terminal, due to it’s long route
I think it’s better if Service 32 extends to Bukit Batok INT when Buona Vista TER Closes

Service 32 could extend to Bt Batok from Bedok for a direct link for Bukit Batok Industrial Estate workers to get a direct link to get to their homes in Clementi, Buona Vista & Queenstown
Service 189 will be withdrawn when service 32 extends to Bukit Batok since 189 duplicates 32 from Bukit Batok INT to Clementi MRT
Service 189 sectors along Clementi AVe 1 will be replaced by service 201
Service 201 sectors from Kent Ridge to West Coast & Pandan Gardens will be replaced by service 30
Service 184 will also Extend to Tuas TER from Gali Batu TER Via Upp Bukit Timah, Clementi, West Coast, Jalan Buroh & Pioneer Road, replacing the lost sectors of service 201
32 could be amended to Beauty World ITH in the future since it doesn’t have purpose serving Buona Vista. This could then serve Sixth Avenue and Beauty World, also reducing dependence on Service 970 (not that 970 has high demand anyway)
32 hasn’t been the only route to ply Frankel ever since like 2020 with the amendment of 135…
