One of the most unreliable bus services ever. Waited almost 3 hours with no bus in sight. Heard from the bus driver that some of the buses are rented to another service due Causeway Link’s service agreements so there will be much less buses at longer intervals in March 2018 onwards. Sad that this is the only service that goes into Austin Perdana. Makes people difficult for going to work in that area and also difficult for elderly for going to Sultan Ismail Hospital. Please do something about it.

If you can’t catch this bus to Austin Perdana, other buses to Masai are much more frequent. The downside is will only stop close to AEON Terbrau City and you need to walk more.
