SMRT Bus Service 983 will call at two new bus stops along Choa Chu Kang Avenue 7 from Sunday, 24 April 2016.
The two new bus stops are:
- 44871: Blk 810 CP, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 7
- 44879: Opp Blk 810 CP
The bus stops will cater to residents of the upcoming Build-To-Order HDB Flats, Keat Hong Colours, which is expected to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit in December 2016. It comprises 7 blocks and 968 housing units.
Bus Service 983 was introduced on 25 April 2015, and was extended to Bukit Panjang with the opening of Downtown Line Stage 2 on 27 December 2015. It provides connections to major transport hubs, Choa Chu Kang and Bukit Panjang Interchanges, and serves the new housing estates in Keat Hong.
