- 2007 (16 Jul): Introduced as a Premium Service from Clementi Ave 4 → Fullerton Rd. Charges a flat fare of $2.70
- 2008 (21 Jul): Fare revised to $3.30
- 2009 (01 Apr): Fare temporarily lowered to $3.10
- 2009 (05 Oct): Amended to ply Cecil Street (from Robinson Rd)
- 2010 (30 Jun): Fare reinstated to $3.30
- 2010 (20 Sep): Second departure from Clementi Ave 4 at 0750hrs
- 2011 (08 Nov): Fare revised to $3.50
- 2014 (04 Aug): Fare revised to $4.00
- 2014 (11 Aug): Operator transferred to Commute Solutions. Route amended to serve Marina Boulevard and Suntec City, skipping Fullerton Road.
- 2016 (15 Aug): Trip reduction from 2 AM trips to 1 AM trip only with revised timings.
- 2017 (03 Jan): Fare Revised to $4.30 by Card & $7.00 by Cash

Premium 532 serves housing estates around Clementi Avenue 4, 5 and 2 with bus connections to the Central Business District (CBD), eliminating the hassle of transferring between different modes of transport. Although its catchment areas lie within easy access to Clementi MRT (via a short feeder bus ride), it is a more convenient way of getting to the CBD.
One trip is operated in the morning, departing Clementi Avenue 4 (Blk 308) at 7:55am only on weekdays, except public holidays.
