- 2000: Introduced as a short-trip service from Toa Payoh Temp Int to Airport Rd (RSAF Paya Lebar) during morning peak hours on weekdays and Saturdays
- 2002 (19 May): Amended to Toa Payoh Integrated Transport Hub
- 2005: Extended to terminate at Airport Rd (KB Warehouse Cplx)
- 2007: Skips abolished bus stop before Paya Lebar Rd along Airport Rd to facilitate the construction of KPE
- 2008: Serves new bus stop after Defu Lane 12 along Airport Rd
- 2008 (24 Sep): Shortened to terminate at Airport Rd (Paya Lebar Air Base) with the abolition of the bus stop outside KB Warehouse Cplx
