SUMMARY:No Train Service between Joo Koon and Gul Circle
DESCRIPTION:To enable engineers to carry out further assurance checks on the new signalling system\, train services between EW29 Joo Koon and EW30 Gul Circle have been suspended since Monday\, 20 November 2017. \nA Free Shuttle Bus Service between Joo Koon and Gul Circle is provided for affected commuters to continue their journey. \nHowever\, train services between Tuas Link and Gul Circle continue to operate as per normal. \nTrain Service between Joo Koon & Gul Circle will resume on Sundays from 29 April 2018 to 27 May 2018 as part of the East West Line Signalling System Trial.

DESCRIPTION:The Singapore Airshow 2018 will be held from 6th to 11th February 2018. Back for its sixth instalment\, the biannual event since 2008 is Asia’s largest and one of the most important aerospace and defence exhibitions in the world. \nThe Airshow is split into Trade Days (6th to 9th Feb) for invited guests\, and Public Days (10th & 11th Feb) for tickets holders. \nThis article will provide you with information on how to get to Singapore Airshow 2018 by public transport. \n\nGetting to Singapore Airshow 2018\nSingapore Airshow 2018 is located at Changi Exhibition Centre\, 9 Aviation Park Road\, Singapore 498760. For Trade & Public Days\, the Airshow Shuttle pick-up point will be at Singapore Expo Hall 7\, near Expo MRT station. \n\n\n\nDirection\nTrade Days\n(6 – 9 Feb)\nPublic Days\n(10 – 11 Feb)\n\n\nSingapore Expo Hall 7 → Changi Exhibition Centre\n7:30am – 3:00pm\n\n\nChangi Exhibition Centre → Expo MRT Station\n8:30am – 6:00pm\n8:30am – 6:30pm\n\n\n\nDuring Public Days\, visitors are encouraged to use the Airshow Shuttle which is included in the admission ticket. Security checks will be conducted at Singapore Expo Hall 7 prior to boarding the buses. \nDuring Trade Days\, shuttle buses operate at 15-minute frequencies. The fare is $16.00 per person (cash only) for a two-way journey and will be collected upon boarding. Seat availability is subject to a first-come-first-serve basis. A valid trade day pass must be presented before boarding. \n\n\n \n\nGetting to Singapore Expo\nBy Train (MRT):\nTake either the East West Line or the Downtown Line to CG1DT35 Expo and head for Exit A towards Singapore Expo. Pre-booked (On Call) taxis are only allowed from 7pm-7am. \nAs such\, it is advisable to travel by using the shuttle bus services provided between Changi Exhibition Centre and Expo MRT Station. \nDue to road closures\, access to Changi Exhibition Centre is via Tanah Merah Coast Road only.
