I would like to express my big “thank you” to officer Lim May Lin for taking the extra effort to help me in retrieving my important file. Despite her first search in the office in vain, she offered to contact me at once after another search confirmation with her colleague so that I can have my delayed breakfast nearby.
To my surprise, she called me within 5mins with a photo of my missing file for confirmation.
Unlike the male officer at Loyang Way Depot who simply “brush me off” rudely, that they do not keep “lost and found” and forward me to Pasir Ris Bus Interchange. Despite my explanation that i was advised and also sought Bus Captain’s (same Bus Captain who found my missing file) confirmation that he had sent it to Loyang Way Depot personally yesterday.
