There are 2 different shuttle bus routes from Punggol Plaza, Route A & Route B, serving the residential estates in Punggol East & West. These shuttle bus routes operate daily at a frequency of 30 – 35 minutes.
The boarding point of the shuttle bus service in Punggol Plaza is at Level 1, next to Subway.
The shuttle bus service is contracted to Woodlands Transport Service Pte Ltd.
Changes to Pick Up / Drop Off Points to Route A & B are effective 1 July 2019.

Can young people take this shuttle bus??As we also punggol plaza shoppers?? The old people says the front seat is for old people. And theres no sign stating That old people seat infront young people seat bhind.. We qued the first in the line. So the Its up to us where to sit. And theres alot of seat behind why must fight for seat. When we ask,”You want our seat. He denied. And shouting at us He dNt want but keep on saying we Find for trouble. I was like , we find for trouble?? LTA please take alook at this matters. Its seem like the young generation cannot this shuttle bus which caters for punggol plaza shoppers. Thanks.
