  Dear Sir/Madam,

  I wish to lodge a complaint against the Chinese male driver of bus service 870 bearing licence plate number SG5087E.

  At around 5.30pm I boarded this bus at Yishun Ring Road in front of Block 314. Before I could finish boarding at the front entrance door the door shut on my right ankle. Obviously I was angry and question the driver why he is not careful. Instead of apology, the bus driver rudely told me that he only lookout for passenger from the back door not front door. It appears to me he doesn’t care about the safety of the passengers.

  I hope that you can have a good talk with this driver.
