Hi. Does this bus (am) stop at alexandra hospital or aia tower?
This is bus service still operating? Waited from 5.40 to 6pm. No sign of bus.
No show of bus 571 again this morning….waited at Serangoon North from 7.40 am to 8.30 am. Very frustrating of this unreliable service.
Bus route is Hougang ave 9-YCK road -AMK avenue 3- does not come to Ser’North –
have been using this service since 2009 until today – service is PROMPT !! except for 3-5mins delay during peak hours
It is very sad to inform you that, driver of bus 571 in morning From Hougang Plaza (Upper S’goon Rd) [AM] To Alexandra Road (Opp NOL Building) at bus stop Upper S’goon Rd – Blk 465A never apply brake to pick the passengers and it happens many times that we are standing at bus stop and he leaves us there only. It is very frustrating that to see that driver repeated this many times.
Secondly, while passenger alight from middle exit gate of bus, he many times closed the gate without looking that passenger is in mid of alighting from gate and this could lead to serious injury.
I hope you will take necessary action and will ensure of good service.
Note: Today again driver did not stop at the bus stop and now we are walking towards MRT. To start the day like this is not good.

There’s no 5.15 pm nor 5.30pm buses! I waited at the “aft NOL building” since 5.10pm… total waste of my time! Especially when I’m rushing for another appointment!
Waited for 5.15 pm bus – it doesn’t come. Pls take note.
