Tested with my secondary school card (cannot upgrade to simplygo yet) and it works. The NOBE does not have a function to disallow non simplygo users.

$3.20 is way too steep especially for the Tampines service.

Also SimplyGo and Bank Cards only? If I’m using FlashPay how?

I think they will be using electric trial buses for these routes. Maybe in near future they will turn permanent full time services.

Ya me too hope they will have service guide. But where to find them if have ? Cos tampines nowadays dont put guides on the racks this past 2 to 3 mnths i keep seeing the racks always empty. And punggol does nt have any sbst guides placed at the int. Even now so hard to find guides onboard buses ever since BCM started.
