MRT Closure: Bedok – Tampines & Tanah Merah – Expo (29 Nov – 8 Dec)

A series of works will take place on the East West Line (EWL) from Saturday 29 November 2025 to Monday 8 December 2025.
These works are:
- Connecting new reception tracks from EWL to the East Coast Integrated Depot
- Connecting new eastbound and westbound tracks to the EWL, and modifying existing track connections along the EWL to enable the trains to move to the new reception tracks
- Enabling the operation of a new platform at the existing Tanah Merah station
As a result, there will be no train service on the East West Line between Bedok – Tampines & Tanah Merah – Expo.
