Opening of New Exits B & C at Stevens MRT Station

On Saturday, 23 November 2019, Exits B (Whitley Road) and C (Dunearn Road) to DT10 Stevens will open.
The new 60-metre underpass underneath Dunearn Road and Bukit Timah Road will connect Singapore Chinese Girls’ School (SCGS) with Stevens MRT station.

Only opens at 10 00. Went there at 06 00 to find that it was closed.
Then there must be a Exit D for Stevens MRT. It will open when the TEL station for Stevens MRT opens.
