Shuttle 38 is a Rail Replacement Service for the Circle Line (CCL), operating between Paya Lebar–Stadium, calling at all intermediate MRT stations.
The service will operate on weekday morning and evening peak hours from 5 January 2026 to 17 April 2026. During this period, CCL train services will be affected by tunnel maintenance works, which will take place daily from 17 January to 19 April 2026.
Although modified CCL train operations and tunnel maintenance works commence on Saturday, 17 January 2026, Shuttle 38 will begin operations earlier on Monday, 5 January 2026, to allow commuters to familiarise themselves with the shuttle bus arrangements.

- CC8 Dakota
- CC7 Mountbatten
- CC6 Stadium
