Bas Muafakat Johor Bus Service P403 is a local bus route plying between Econsave Senai and looping at Johor Premium Outlets.
The Bas Muafakat Johor services are a joint initiative by the State Government of Johor, Johor Public Transport Corporation (PAJ) and various City Councils in Johor Bahru (MBJB), Johor Bahru Tengah (MBJPT), Kulai (MPKu) and Pasir Gudang (MPPG). The group of bus services operating within Kulai carry the ‘P4’ service prefix.
By 2018, the route was amended to skip Taman Teknologi.
By 2024, the route was amended away from Skudai, serving Taman Pancasila, Bandar Indapura and Taman Muhibbah instead. The route was further extended in November 2024 to Johor Premium Outlets.
