I felt that your driver (SBS 3918 J ) is being unprofessional and also the bus inspector who is in the bus checking our cards too. Just because of one or two, we were being asked to get down, after that the inspector took another bus, together with some passengers to continue with their journey. After that this said bus lady driver get back to the bus and on the light and proceed with the journey, with stops to pick other passengers in the next bus stop. SBS transit, pleases give explanation and attitude of your driver and inspector. Are they not being trained on how to handle difficult customers.
