Beauty World Bus Interchange is an upcoming Integrated Transport Hub (ITH) located at Beauty World. It is located at the junction of Jalan Jurong Kechil and Upper Bukit Timah Road. Rail connections are offered via Beauty World MRT Station along the Downtown Line.
Plans for the interchange were first mooted as part of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)’s 2019 Draft Masterplan. A tender for the design and construction of the mixed-use development was called in June 2020, with an aim to spur the rejuvenation of Beauty World and inject vibrancy into the area.
The interchange will be housed within the mixed-use development which also consists of the Bukit V mall & The Reserve Residences.

The Interchange:
Beauty World Integrated Transport Hub is a bus interchange located in the Beauty World commercial and residential area. Connecting with Beauty World MRT Station along the Downtown MRT Line, the interchange is envisioned as a transport node for residents of Beauty World, allowing for convenient transfers between the bus and rail network.
The mixed-use development site is bordered by Jalan Jurong Kechil to the west; Jalan Anak Bukit to the north; Pan-Island Expressway (PIE, Anak Bukit Flyover) to the east; and Upper Bukit Timah Road to the south.
Nearby developments include Beauty World Plaza, Beauty World Centre, Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, Bukit Timah Plaza, Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre, Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School, HDB Toh Yi Estate, shophouses along Cheong Chin Nam Road, and Rifle Range Nature Park. Future nearby developments include the Rail Corridor, Bukit Timah-Rochor Green Corridor, The Linq @ Beauty World, a future Bukit Timah Community Building (integrated Community Club, market & hawker centre), and more developments to be announced.
According to tender documents, the interchange will be located at upper ground level. The gross floor area (GFA) of the bus interchange must be more than 5,000 square metres, inclusive of at least 400 square metres for passenger concourse passageways and retail space.
Developers for the land redevelopment would enter a Design & Build Agreement with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) for the design and construction of the bus interchange. The LTA would reimburse all costs relating to bus interchange design and construction.
A notional interchange layout supplied with the tender indicates 2 alighting berths and 4 boarding berths; however none of these plans are confirmed, and tenderers are encouraged to propose alternative layouts based on a holistic consideration of the overall design of the proposed development.
Vehicular access points to the interchange will be provided by two Left-In Left-Out junctions at Jalan Jurong Kechil and Upper Bukit Timah Road (southbound).
Connections
The integrated development will feature an underground pedestrian link connecting to Beauty World MRT Station near Exit C, and an overhead pedestrian bridge over Upper Bukit Timah Road, connecting to Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre.

do you think cross island line will be built just below the new integrated hub?
service 171 should terminate here instead of looping at bukit panjang mrt station. idk maybe a future suggestion for lta or smrt
I think they should also introduce a service that went form BWITH to Woodlands Int via the PIE/BKE, and may make a stop in Bukit Panjang, as it is hard for people living in central/south/jurong west to go to the North, except via the NSL.
I agree with introducing a service from Beauty World Integrated Transport Hub to Clementi, as there are high demands from students and residents living in the area.
In addition to this, I think they should split the 985, and it can terminate at BWITH. The 2nd half of the 985 routeshould be extended to Eunos/Bedok, but remaining an express route via the PIE.
but… if new service from Beauty World ITH interchange to Clementi Interchange loop for students who go to Ngee An Poly so it difficult for avoid duplicate to 154 between Clementi to Beauty World. So, no need for new service Beauty World to Clementi. It need new service to Marina Centre for replacing 171 old route. but it take to PIE then to Stevens. I hope 171 and 41 will terminate to Beauty World ITH
My gress for service to terminate here is
Svc 3 TTS exiting the Punggol bus interchange and change to Beauty World Bus interchang to Jurong East bus interchange and Clementi bus interchange and handover to Tower Transit from Go Ahead Singapore
Svc 154 SBST
Svc 184 Smrt
Disagree . 154 is high demand. cuz students take 154 from Boon Lay/Clementi to Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
so I suggest
41 will extended to BWITH
171 will extended to BWITH
new services to CBD.
new services to Marina Centre, replacing 171 old route.
more one suggest
new service BWITH- Clementi cause can take new bus to Ngee Ann Polytechnic but I was worried about it will be duplicate with 154 between Clementi and Beauty World. so I hope 154 will amended Ulu Pandan and Sixth Ave.
if u want 154 will terminate to BWITH from eunos then Students will complain. so I hope LTA will introduce for 154M (Boon Lay to Beauty World ITH)
Confirm, one of the bus routes would be a Beauty World Bus Interchange to Clementi Bus Interchange (loop) route, to cater to the student population at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and SIM, which is a highly lucrative route, and always have demand. This would avoid the need to have variants on bus route 154, etcetera. The Beauty World Bus Interchange is quite near to the Beauty World MRT Station. So basically, it would be a seamless transfer between MRT and Bus for Ngee Ann Polytechnic students and SIM students. 🙂
That can perhaps be 184M. Then the original 184 can be extended to serve NUS/Kent Ridge, seeing that there currently isn’t a direct link.
