My daughter and 2 grandchildren are boarding the SMRT bus 904 at block 683A woodlands ave 6 at around 0130pm. She use the back door to go up, when she reach her destination at block 783D at around 0145pm, the driver not allow her to go down from the back and instructed her to go to the front to tap and alight. She need to hold her 3 years old son and carried her 1 year’s old sleeping child plus carried the stroller. She almost fall down and feel very sad and disappointed on the service given by so call bus captain. I hope SMRT management should look into this matter seriously and take necessary action on this type of “DRIVER”.
