Bus Service 461 is an upcoming limited-stop bus service to be introduced under the Land Transport Authority’s Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme (BCEP).

Confirmed it will be TTS. Who else? I suspect it could be the express feeder version of 861. Anyway, it seems Yishun and Tengah keep getting new services and always TTS. I know, I know. Because Yishun-Sembawang package and Bulim package under them. Anyway, I feel Bulim package might get adjusted because too many services already. I honestly feel Clementi services like 96,282,284,285 can go back to Clementi package since Bulim now got Tengah, Bukit Batok, Jurong East under their care.
