From Punggol, the route starts from Kadaloor LRT station along Punggol Drive, and serves Punggol Road, Punggol Field, Punggol East, and Sengkang East Drive, before heading express towards the CBD via the KPE. Within the CBD, it makes stops at Suntec City, Collyer Quay, and Shenton Way. Evening trips are operated in the reverse direction, picking up along Anson Road/Robinson Road, Fullerton Road, and Nicoll Highway.
