Best is to scrap all OC500, suck buses with loud engine, not cold AC, screeching sound. Make the whole journey uncomfortable etc. I have observe this , all of TTS service have used before only 969. why don’t deploy on Tampines route? 969 only use the best fleet? cos of eastern site?
TTS Mandai Depot also maintenance suck , Buses are dirty, air con duct chocked and some are mouldy and majority air con like fan and not cold.
Boarded bus transit 855 on Monday 9 September at 9.05am at Queenstown Fire station bus stop. This chinese bus driver is very friendly and courteous and greeted every passengers with a friendly greeting with a smile. Brightens my mood in the morning. SBS transit has got a GEM in this friendly and polite bus captain driver. He should be aptly rewarded for his sincere dedications to serve every passengers who boarded and exit with a friendly and courteous greeting.
Waited for this bus at bus stop after queentown npc from 3.38pm. Saw the backside of 855 leave the bus stop as I was on 100 behind it. Waited 20 mins until 3.58pm the next one came. In this 20 mins saw three 100, two 196! Is 20 mins waiting time acceptable??

I know right? Absolute bollocks of a frequency. I’m here having to wait 25 mins for a single decker
