Boarded bus transit 855 on Monday 9 September at 9.05am at Queenstown Fire station bus stop. This chinese bus driver is very friendly and courteous and greeted every passengers with a friendly greeting with a smile. Brightens my mood in the morning. Waited for this bus at bus stop after queentown npc from 3.38pm. Saw the backside of 855 leave the bus stop as I was on 100 behind it. Waited 20 mins until 3.58pm the next one came. In this 20 mins saw three 100, two 196! Is 20 mins waiting time acceptable??
