The SMRT busses is better then now as it nowadays delay, some waiting time long.
I think 963 can go back to SMRT since it does not go to sbw-Yishun at all. TTS can take 962 for exchange

Can LTA increase frequencies for this service!? Sometimes at Bukit Batok I have to wait 20 mins for a full double decker to come during peak hours!
