Change in Operator for Services LCS1 & LCS2

From Wednesday, 23 April 2025, Peak Period Shuttle Bus Services LCS1 & LCS2 will be operated by Tower Transit Singapore Pte Ltd.
Bus Services LCS1 & LCS2 were introduced on 23 February 2023 to facilitate travel to and from industrial areas in Loyang, potentially to alleviate road congestion. The launch coincided with the start of long-term road closures in the Loyang area, which started on 26 February 2023.
SBS Transit is now scheduled to operate these services for a period of 2 years and 2 months, until 22 April 2025, after which the operations will be transferred to Tower Transit.

Interesting. This means this LCS service is not SBST ownself create and run. It is tendered out to bus operator to run. May not be LTA bus service, but instead a JTC bus service or something – similar to the Jurong Island bus services 715 to 718.

TTS & SBST are now like best friends. Last time, 974 went from TTS to SBST. Now, LCS1 and LCS2 from SBST to TTS. SBST move out from Soon Lee as a tenant and move as a tenant into Bulim. SMRT go out from Bulim as a tenant. It seems they are leaving out SMRT and GAS. Anything bus related, it’s TTS and SBST only.
Wrong,TTS is a mirror of SMRT,GAS is more with SBST.
