Route Amendment for Service 84 – New Services 84G & 84W

From Sunday, 23 June 2024, Go-Ahead Bus Service 84 will be amended and divided into Bus Service 84G & Bus Service 84W to serve the new SIT Punggol Campus within the Punggol Digital District.
- Bus Service 84G operates clockwise via Sentul Crescent, Punggol Way, Northshore Drive (Samudera LRT), and New Punggol Road towards Punggol Temporary Interchange; while
- Bus Service 84W operates anti-clockwise via New Punggol Road, Northshore Drive (Samudera LRT), Punggol Way and Sentul Crescent towards Punggol Temporary Interchange
Both services will serve two pairs of bus stops along Punggol Central and Punggol Road.
In addition, there would be changes in boarding berth at Punggol Temp Int. Services 85 & 136 will be shifted to Berths B4 & B5 respectively while Service 84G & 84W will use berths B2 and B1 respectively.

First time a trunk route has G/W right?
Might as well renumber to feeder 383G/W. When punggol north int opens, amend it there and make 84 bidirectional as punggol – punggol north
Still needs to call twice at the pair of bus stops at Block 437B.
