Change in Operating Hours for Express 12e, 851e & 960e (Apr 2023)

From Sunday, 9 April 2023, operating hours for Express Services 12e, 851e & 960e will be reduced.
Since their introduction in 2018, the number of trips for these express variant services were reduced progressively in 2020, 2021 & 2022.

This is madness they shorten the hours when all this service have good loadings. Very sad to see this kind of stupidity happening
This is not a right move because more and more people are returning back to workplaces.
