Route Amendment for Service 170 due to Permanent Closure of a section of Queen Street

From Sunday, 1 September 2024, SBS Transit Bus Service 170 towards Larkin Ter (Johor Bahru) will be amended to ply along Arab St, Weld Rd and Jalan Besar, serving an additional bus stop outside Jalan Besar Stn Exit A along Jalan Besar due to the permanent closure of a section of Queen Street to facilitate the construction of North-South Corridor.
It will no longer serve the bus stop outside Fu Lu Shou Cplx along Rochor Rd.

There is a chance there may be a future bustop at Weld Rd once the BTO flats are completed.
