IKEA Alexandra is one of two IKEA outlets in Singapore. It is located along Alexandra Road, and is a popular shopping destination for furniture, appliances and home accessories.
There are 3 different shuttle bus routes originating from Buona Vista, Redhill, and Tiong Bahru MRT Stations, connecting shoppers to and from IKEA Alexandra. All routes only run on Weekends and Public Holidays at 30-minute frequencies, which are scheduled such that a shuttle bus leaves IKEA Alexandra every 10 minutes.
ComfortDelGro Bus Pte Ltd has taken over operations of the IKEA Alexandra Shuttle Services from Bus-Plus Services Pte Ltd with effect from 5th November 2016.
Buona Vista MRT Station ↔ IKEA Alexandra

The Buona Vista Route for the IKEA Alexandra shuttle is operated with minibuses. It operates on Weekends and Public Holidays at a frequency of 30 minutes per bus.
The pick up point for the Shuttle is at Buona Vista MRT Station Taxi Stand/Pick Up Point along North Buona Vista Road, near Station Exit B/C.
Apart from this shuttle route, Bus Services 196 and 198 provide alternative transport between Buona Vista MRT and IKEA Alexandra, plying between North Buona Vista Road and Jalan Bukit Merah (near Alexandra Road).
Tiong Bahru MRT Station ↔ IKEA Alexandra

The pick up point for the Shuttle is at Bus Stop 10161 (Opp Tiong Bahru Plaza) along Tiong Bahru Road, connected by a sheltered walkway from Tiong Bahru MRT Station Exit A.
Apart from this shuttle route, Bus Service 33 provides alternative transport between Tiong Bahru MRT and IKEA Alexandra, plying between Tiong Bahru Road and Alexandra Road.
Redhill MRT Station ↔ IKEA Alexandra

The pick up point for the Shuttle is at Bus Stop 10201 (Opp Redhill Stn) along Tiong Bahru Road, which is across the road from Redhill MRT Station Exit A.
Apart from this shuttle route, Bus Services 33 and 120 provide alternative transport between Redhill MRT and IKEA Alexandra, plying between Tiong Bahru Road and Alexandra Road.

The 4 PM and the 4:30 PM never showed today. Court Street stop.
Good Morning , today thinking IKEA open at 10 am so whole morning from 10 am to 11.25 am at Bouna Vista Shuttle Bus Stop & still no shuttle bus coming .
Later I realized it operate from 11 am onwards still no sign of the bus .
I intend to send out this comment after 11.30 am .
Sorry I didn’t mean to comment about all the shuttle bus drivers in general. But intending to comment about this particular driver who shouted at me just for asking when is the last service from IKEA to MRT.
The shuttle bus drivers are very rude. They should be taught some customer service skills. Don’t know how to talk also. They upset the people who are going for shopping in a good mood.
