Causeway Link 333 connects the Larkin local and intercity bus terminal with Senai International Airport, the main airport at Johor Bahru serving local and international flights. As a supplementary service plying sectors with well-established bus connections, it operates with just one bus, at a headway of 2 hours.
From Larkin, the route heads north via Jalan Skudai to Senai, then turns into Jalan Lapangan Terbang, serving Taman Bintang and Senai Industrial area before reaching Senai Airport. It does not serve inside the Senai Industrial area along its return route.
On Sundays and Public Holidays, JB Central Line’s route A1 will operate, duplicating this route entirely from Larkin to Senai Airport. However, in its return direction, A1 will serve JB Sentral before returning to Larkin.
