myBAS Bus Service T21

myBAS Bus Service T21 is a Johor Bahru local bus service operated by Causeway Link, plying between JB Sentral and Permas Jaya. It belongs to the myBAS Johor Bahru network of stage bus services.

Note:

• Bus stops along Persiaran Southkey 1 (SOGO Midvalley & MBSB Midvalley) are served by Service T11 in both directions.
  Check the bus destination before boarding.

myBAS Bus Service T21 connects the Johor Bahru City Centre (JB Sentral) with the western suburb of Permas Jaya. It serves Stulang, Taman Pelangi, Mid Valley Southkey, Bayu Puteri / Sri Stulang, and AEON Permas Jaya / Permas Mall. Buses are operated at 25-minute intervals.

myBAS Service T21 calls at SouthKey Mosaic and Opp Mid Valley Southkey in both directions (along Persiaran Southkey 1). Passengers should take note of the direction of the bus before boarding.

Route Information:

The route was launched on 25 July 2022 as part of the myBAS Johor Bahru scheme (Phase 3), aimed at enhancing bus services in Johor Bahru.

The route took over existing JB Sentral ↔ Permas Jaya bus routes, such as Causeway Link 23, City Bus 123 and S&S 2, with the added detour to Mid Valley Southkey in both bounds. The route also does not enter Kampung Bakar Batu / Bayu Puteri in the direction of Permas Jaya, stopping only along JB East Coast Parkway (outside Petronas Bayu Puteri).

Operating hours and frequencies were adjusted in 2023 and 2024, with no change in route.
