- Unknown: Introduced between Kent Vale Terminal and NUS Faculty of Science, calling at E3A in both directions
- 2010: Diverted to Kent Ridge Ter with the closure of Kent Vale Ter, with no boarding or alighting allowed at Kent Ridge Ter. Calls at a new pair of bus stops along Clementi Road (outside EA / Japanese Pri Sch).
- 2015 (Jan): Amended to skip E3A in both directions
- 2015 (Aug):Â Boarding & Alighting allowed at Kent Ridge Ter
- 2016: Amended to serve Kent Vale from 7.15 am to 10.00 am on all operating days
- 2017 (9 Jan): Amended to Kent Ridge Cres after 1000hrs on all operating days, skipping Kent Vale. Additional stops at Computer Ctr and Opp YIH in the forward direction before heading to Museum. Return route unchanged.
- 2018 (13 Aug): Route amended to skip Kent Ridge Crescent (Computer Ctr and Opp YIH stops removed), and calls at Kent Vale throughout the day. Additional stop at University Town in both directions.
