Premium Bus Service 559 was a Premium service operated by 3S Transport Pte Ltd from Yishun Avenue 11 to Temasek Boulevard. The route passed through Yishun Avenue 9, Yishun Street 61, CTE and Cecil Street, operating one trip in the morning.
Premium 559 was discontinued from 1 Jan 2022.

Premium 559 served the housing estates of Yishun Neighborhoods 3, 4 and 6 with bus connections to the CBD, eliminating the hassle of transferring between different modes of transport. It provided a more convenient alternative route for residents who would otherwise rely on the MRT or other bus routes to reach the city.
Express 850E, introduced under the Bus Services Enhancement Programme (BSEP), offers the Yishun – Shenton Way connection at a cheaper price, charging only express fares. Much of 559’s demand have shifted to 850E since its introduction.
Commuters may also pre-book passes from the ShareTransport App.

- 2014 (01 Sep): Operator transferred to Commute Solutions. Route amended to serve Marina Boulevard and Suntec City, skipping Fullerton Road. Additional stop along Yishun Avenue 2 and Outram Road
- 2017 (03 Jan): Fare revised to $4.80 by card and $7.00 by cash.
- 2020 (Jul): Reduced to 1 trip
- 2021: Operations officially transferred from Commute Solutions to 3S Transport Pte Ltd

Can I track how many seats are left on the bus?
Because when it comes to my stop, it is full so the bus wouldn’t stop anymor and by that time, I would have wasted time to go to MRT and take train to work.
