315 bus driver at serangoon garden bus stop at 8:10am on 16 Jan (serangoon int direction) see me running for the bus right in front of the bus, while he is still at the bus stop, he leaves and waves no at me. I can understand if he has driven out and do not let passengers on anymore. But he is obviously still at the busstop. Unsatisfied with the quality of bus driver service.
Is there a websie to feedback on the quality and lack of maintence of the city bus buses? Thanks!
