Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme

This service is introduced under the LTA’s Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme (BCEP), a ~$900 million government scheme that funds the purchase of new buses, infrastructural improvements, and operating costs of new bus services between 2024–2032.

Key commuter benefits of this service mentioned by the Land Transport Authority are:

• New direct connectivity for residents of new BTOs in Tampines South to and from Tampines West and Tampines MRT
  Stations, as well as amenities at Tampines town centre including Our Tampines Hub and nearest schools along Tampines Avenue 4
• Additional option for residents of Tampines North Drive 2 to Tampines town centre with increase in overall carrying capacity and reduction in waiting time
