Feeder Bus Service 299, operated by Go-Ahead, is a feeder route from Tampines North Bus Interchange and looping at Tampines Street 96, serving new residential estates at Tampines South, along with the existing estates at Tampines North.

This service was introduced under the Bus Connectivity Enhancement Programme (BCEP), a scheme launched in 2024 that facilitated the introduction of new bus services and the enhancement of existing bus services. It serves the new and upcoming Build-To-Order (BTO) housing developments in Tampines South along Tampines Street 95 & Tampines Street 96, such as:

    298, 299 and 454 had DDs debuted when GAS took over on that Sunday (454 not in operation) but for some reason, the next day, 299 and 454 had their DDs withdrawn.

    299 is unnecesary as SBS is just trying to cover up the fact that iits a tamp north feeder and plying those hdbs
