A Cross-Border Shuttle Service operates between Woodlands Checkpoint CIQ and Bangunan Sultan Iskandar CIQ from 1 April 2022.
This service was withdrawn following the resumption of public bus services across the causeway from 1 May 2022.

As fully-vaccinated travel resumes on 1 April 2022, public cross-border buses which once plied between Singapore and Malaysia have yet to resume.
Passengers travelling by public transport may ride the cross-border shuttle service to travel between the two checkpoints, or book a Vaccinated Travel Bus Service ticket.
Operating hours for the bus service were extended from 11 April 2022.
