  Yeah. Most people in bukit panjang depend on bus 972 for a quick access to town. I’m sure this amendment is made without consulting the residents!

  The change in the 972 service is terrible and we are very unhappy with the new route.
  This causes a lot of inconvenienced and longer travel time for bukit panjang resident.
  Im staying in Blk 525 Jelapang road.

  Please travel back to the previous route immediately for the resident.
