Designed to ease the rush-hour crowd, Premium Bus Services charge a premium fare but offer a more direct connection as compared to existing public transport options. Premium Bus Services are operated by private bus operators based on commercial considerations.
Fares for Premium services are typically priced around 3 to 6 dollars, making them more expensive than public buses and trains, but more affordable compared to taxis or private hire vehicles. Passengers are also guaranteed a seat onboard the bus.
All Premium bus services are operated by private bus companies, except LCS1 & LCS2 which is operated by Public Transport Operator Tower Transit.

hi, you can take train to tampines east station, and switch to bus 118 its the fastest way to go from bukit panjang interchange to changi biz park, or just take downtown line to botanic gardens and switch back to downtown line to macpherson, and take dtl to expo or upper changi, either switch 118 or 47 or just walk.
