SBS Transit Bus Service 137 is a trunk service plying between Sims Place and Upper East Coast, passing through Paya Lebar, Ubi, Kaki Bukit and Bedok. It is the 78th Bus Service under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP), and was launched on 21 October 2017 in tandem with the opening of Downtown Line Stage 3.

Bus Service 137 is a trunk service from Sims Place to Upper East Coast. The route is the 78th bus service launched under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP), complementing bus connections between existing housing and industrial developments to Downtown Line stations, as well as serving new bus stops in the Ubi area.

The service now provides bus connections from the Sims Place estate directly to Aljunied and Paya Lebar MRT stations. Industries at Ubi Avenue 1 / Ubi Road 3 and Kaki Bukit now have direct connections to stations along the Downtown Line such as MacPherson, Ubi and Bedok North. Residents at Bedok North receive bus connections to Bedok North MRT, and finally, residents at Upper East Coast and Bayshore receive direct bus connections to Bedok MRT.
