• 1980 (28 Sep): Introduced between Bt Merah Int and Telok Blangah Rise/Cres (Loop)
• 1981 (15 Mar): Amended to skip Telok Blangah Cres with the introduction of Service 271
• 1993 (04 Apr): Integrated with Service 271 and amended to ply Telok Blangah Cres
• 1996: First bus brought forward to 0530 hrs on weekdays and Saturdays
• 2009 (12 Oct): Serves new bus stop outside Blk 36 Mkt/FC along Telok Blangah Rise
