Premium Bus Service 584 was a Premium Bus Service from Bedok Reservoir to the CBD, passing through Bedok North Avenue 3. It replaced City Direct Bus Service 669 which was discontinued on 3 June 2019.
Premium 584 was withdrawn in February 2021 (Removal of bus service number from bus stop pole)

Premium 584 provides residents of Bedok Reservoir with a direct bus connection to the CBD, and is offered as a travel alternative for commuters who would otherwise rely on the rail network and connecting bus services to and from work. The route incorporates an express sector between Bedok and the CBD, via ECP and MCE.
The route of Premium 584 is identical to City Direct Bus Service 669, which was the nineteenth City Direct service to be introduced under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP) on 22 March 2016. City Direct services such as 669 provided more travel options for commuters using stretches of the existing rail lines that experience persistently high ridership, while ongoing rail enhancement measures were being implemented. In addition, much of this route is duplicated with Scheme B Bus Service 621.
APT Travel now operates Premium Bus Service 584 replacing City Direct Service 669 which was discontinued on 3 June 2019.
