Bus Service 66 connects housing estates in Bukit Batok East and Bukit Batok West to Jurong East & Beauty World MRT Stations.
Formerly a long trunk route spanning from East to West between Bedok and Jurong East, it was shortened to loop at Beauty World Downtown Line 3 Bus Rationalisation in December 2021.

This Is Not My Favourite ‘Tower Transit’ Bus Service.It Is Not Fair That ‘Double Decker Buses’ Are Only In Operation On ‘Weekends(Saturday And Sunday) And Public Holidays’.They Should Also Be Deployed On Weekdays As Well.
Unreliable service, bus always takes half and hour to turn up on weekends when more DDs are deployed but they are exceedingly slow and always a no-show (anyway they are deployed only on weekends), weekday service is satisfactory but at borderline standards. What’s the hotline number to complain about this service?
Can anybody tell or direct me how to post this complaint to this company who manage this bus svc bcos complaint or comments can help to improve our public transport system. Thank you.
On 2/12(sat) 9.59 was waiting for this bus 66 at Ubi mrt station heading towards bedok reservoir road. This bus stoppedat the traffic junction b4 moving towards the bus-stop I was waiting, when saw it approaching waved the bus to stop but this bus driver was driving very fast n didn’t stopped. Fortunately, bus 22 came n I boarded n alighted at the third stop along Bedok Reservoir Road, while waiting for traffic light to turn green I saw this bus 66 but unsure is it the same bus which didn’t stopped for me to board earlier. Looked at driver who is a Chinese in turns looking at me back n fm his face expression pretending that he was not the one who didn’t stopped earlier. I writing in the hope that this bus driver should be educated on being courteous on road n should not be driving at that speed that he could not stopped for commuters to board. Thank you.
Bad services of bus 66! Press the bell but the bus didnt stop! Let my husband walk 1 bus stop back that is far, my husband is carry one sleeping baby and holding my son! The driver yet to say “Oh u want to get down the previous bus stop that is over!”
