The TS6 that u had recommended, we went purchase their ticket online n the time to board the bus is 8:14am on Sunday at Blk 506 clementi aye bus stop . We reached there 730am n waited the bus , 8:14 the bus fly pass us! Never stop but travelled at a speed of 100+Km/hr at centre lane. The bus didn’t route into the first lane at all , is impossible for us to flag him at all because the first lane n centre lane has a Super Long divider of shrubs and is impossible for us to stand at the centre lane of the aye to flag the bus to stop at all! And to make things worst , I tried to called the emergency support office at 9.04am finally a girl pick up, she took down my number and after half hr no response from her, I tried to called back a few times no one answered the phone at all, what kind of a support is this? Why planned the bus to stop at this bus stop when the bus won’t stop at all ?! Wasting my time total wasting of my time !! I am better off taking CW bus !
