My very good suggestions: to enhance better connectivity within Punggol, Sengkang and Woodlands, possible for 965 to terminate at Sengkang Int, but serve Punggol Central and Punggol East areas??
    This route below suggested:

(Serve this additional stops to strengthen connectivity is selected Punggol areas in which are lacking)
    Blk 240
    Sengkang Stn
    Sengkang General Hosp
    Opp Blk 293D
    Blk 220C
    Blk 268C
    Blk 272C
    Bef Punggol Int
    Opp Punggol View Pr Sch
    Damai Stn Exit A
    Oasis Stn Exit A
    Blk 682A
    Opp Blk 662A
    Blk 654D
    Bef Punggol Ctrl

Unlike to happen.. due to 965 is loop service and will be too long .. but 967 will be good option to go Punggol

967 isn’t even meant to be a trunk service, it only is because of SMRT’s and/or LTA’s insistence that every feeder service must start at the main interchange

Which is honestly stupid even if interchange capacity is an issue

They kinda even broke their own rule with 268, 298, 299 and formerly 374

If that’s the case, then it’s more likely than not that SMRT is to blame behind 967’s horrid execution

Also since it’s a trunk service, they can get away with running super low intervals, leading to lower demand, and then the cycle continues
