MRT Early Closure: Serangoon – Punggol (05 – 06 Jul)

Shorter operating hours along the North East Line (NEL) between Serangoon and Punggol will take place on Fridays & Saturdays in July 2019 to facilitate a series of renewal and intensified maintenance works. This will involve early closures along the NEL.

Affected Train Stations

• NE12CC13 Serangoon
• NE13 Kovan
• NE14 Hougang
• NE15 Buangkok
• NE16STC Sengkang
• NE17PTC Punggol

Train services between Serangoon – Punggol on the North East Line will:

• End earlier at around 11.00pm on Friday, 05 July 2019 & Saturday, 06 July 2019

Train Service will operate between NE1CC29 HarbourFront and NE12CC13 Serangoon at around 9-minute intervals during the periods of closure.

A Shuttle Bus Service will be available:

• Shuttle Bus Service 21: Serangoon—Punggol

There will also be extended operating hours for:

• Selected bus services from Hougang & Punggol
• Train service on the North East Line (Southbound) from Serangoon to HarbourFront
• Train service on Sengkang LRT and Punggol LRT
