Launch of SMRT Bus Service 991 & Tower Transit Feeder 941 Amendment

New SMRT Bus Service 991 will be launched on Sunday, 8 July 2018.
On the same day, Tower Transit Feeder Bus Service 941 will be amended to loop at Bukit Batok West Avenue 9, skipping 4 Bus Stops along Bukit Batok West Ave 3, Bukit Batok Street 11 & Bukit Batok West Ave 6.
