Reduced Operating Hours for Express 12e, 167e, 851e & 960e

From Sunday, 9 February 2020, operating hours for Express Bus Services 12e, 167e, 851e & 960e will be reduced, with Express 167e only operating on Weekdays, except Public Holidays.
In addition, SBS Transit Express 147e will be withdrawn on the same day.
