Between 2011 and 2015, Gemilang Coachworks built 734 MAN NL323F buses for SMRT Buses with the Lion’s City Hybrid bodywork in three batches. Originally available only as an integrated product from MAN, Gemilang Coachworks was awarded a license to reproduce the design. In addition, a one-off 3-door MAN Lion’s City SD Concept Bus was produced for an LTA-initiated trial.
In 2014, SMB138Y, Singapore’s MCV-bodied MAN NL323F, was also re-bodied by Gemilang with a Lion’s City Hybrid bodywork. The unit was sent to Carbridge in Australia.

MAN NG363F (A24)
Gemilang Coachworks also built 40 MAN NG363F buses for SMRT Buses with the Lion’s City G bodywork, consisting of one prototype unit and 39 production batch buses. Originally available only as an integrated product from MAN, Gemilang Coachworks was awarded a license to reproduce the design.
