Causeway Link Route CT connects the Johor Bahru City Centre (JB Sentral) with the residential neighbourhoods of Taman Pelangi, Taman Sri Tebrau, Taman Sentosa, Kampung Bakar Batu and Bayu Puteri.
The route was initially branded as a “City Tram” or “City Tour” bus service connecting various attractions around the heart of Johor Bahru, hence the ‘CT’ prefix. The buses that Causeway Link deployed on the route were uniquely designed to represent a Malay traditional hut (village house).
The route was temporarily suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic, and for a short period in 2022 (5 May 2022 – 30 October 2022). Operations resumed on 1 November 2022. It was renumbered from CT1 to CT from 15 November 2022.
